about. Our Pathfinder Funds allow you to easily donate to a cause that matches your own personal
interests. These funds are a permanent resource that will help respond to the changing needs of our

Community and Economic Development Fund
Supports community projects, such as parks, trails, and restoration of public spaces. It also supports
community and economic development activities, such as job training, entrepreneurial and business
development initiatives, projects with strong community participation, and other related efforts.
Early Childhood Care Fund
Supports programs that focus on the educational, health, and social needs of young children, such as
projects related to parental and caregiver engagement, educational programs and curriculum,
equipment and technology, tuition scholarships, and childcare staff wages and incentives.
Arts Fund
To support arts, arts spaces, and promote the arts as a critically important component of a thriving and
healthy community.
Environmental Stewardship Fund
Supports a healthy environment throughout our region, including projects connected to environmental
remediation and restoration, creating sustainable public places, and related projects.
Somerset County Community Fund
Supports grantmaking in Somerset County.
Bedford County Community Fund
Supports grantmaking in Bedford County.
Everett Area Fund
Supports grantmaking in the Everett area.
Portage Regional Endowment Fund
Supports grantmaking in Portage Borough and Portage Township.
Animal Welfare Fund
Supports our animal friends, including sheltering, spaying and neutering, emergency relief, and other
related animal care needs.
Poverty Alleviation Fund
Supports poverty mitigation through immediate human needs as well as sustainable, long-term solutions
around issues such as educational and employment attainment, housing, and other related issues and
opportunities.
Fund for the Future
Supports grantmaking to be put to its highest and best use in our community.
