Want a job where you are able to help make an impact on our community? CFA is currently seeking applicants for the position of Executive Assistant. This role provides administrative support in our office, like scheduling meetings, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and providing other general clerical duties. You’ll also answer calls and be the first point of contact for guests who stop by the office. We also rely on this staffer to maintain our office supplies and work directly with building maintenance to make sure our busy office is kept in good working order.

While you will have some regularly recurring daily and weekly tasks, this job does have variety, so we are looking for someone who enjoys handling different tasks and challenges. This position requires attention to detail, organization, and great people skills. We provide ample training for our operational software (which is specific to our industry) but expect candidates to already be comfortable with Google Suite and Microsoft Office. This is a full-time, on-site position with generous benefits.
