To provide scholarship support for Aviation Career education for a Somerset County resident, including, but not exclusive to: Aviation Mechanics, Pilots, Aviation Management, or Aviation Engineering.

To provide scholarship support for students graduating from North Star Area High School who will be attending Penn State University.

To provide financial support for a deserving student graduating from the Somerset County Technology Center.

To provide scholarship support for graduating seniors from Salisbury-Elk High School who are planning to pursue post-secondary education in the nursing field.

To provide scholarship support for students in Bedford, Cambria, Indiana, Somerset and Westmoreland Counties who will be pursuing a post-secondary degree in education. Eligible applicants can include high school seniors, students already attending college, or non-traditional adult learners.
