To annually provide equal support for the following five nonprofit organizations: Community Foundation for the Alleghenies (specifically, operating support), Cambria County Library Association, Stackhouse Park, Greater Johnstown Community YMCA, and the Salvation Army Johnstown Service Center.
To support programs, services, and activities that benefit the Johnstown Police Department.
To assure the orchestra's continued financial stability.
To provide for annual operating funds for part-time graduate study at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.
To be utilized for the common good of Johnstown's Third Century, after continuous reinvestment for 100 years.
To provide for long-term support for the maintenance and upkeep of the John P. Murtha statue, surrounding Veterans Park, and/or project-related locations.
To support general operations of Johnstown Christian School.
To provide an endowment, which will benefit the Johnstown Free Dental Clinic, established by Community Foundation board member Abe Beerman, in memory of Janet Beerman.
