To provide for annual operating funds for part-time graduate study at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.

To be utilized for the common good of Johnstown's Third Century, after continuous reinvestment for 100 years.
To provide for long-term support for the maintenance and upkeep of the John P. Murtha statue, surrounding Veterans Park, and/or project-related locations.

To support the Johnstown Area Heritage Association to raise money for building and exhibit upgrades and long-term maintenance of the Johnstown Flood Museum.
To support JAHA and its mission to preserve and interpret the Greater Johnstown area through museums, historical collections, and education programs.
To assist a student in the pursuit of an education in music.
To support general operations of Johnstown Christian School.
To support all efforts and activities of The Johnstown Cinderella Project, which provides prom dresses, shoes, and accessories to girls in need at no cost.
To provide a $500 scholarship to a graduating Greater Johnstown High School student intending to major in education with a concentration in English. Created as part of the 100 Families Project.
