To support and acknowledge a graduating senior student of the Shanksville-Stonycreek School District who exhibits the personal attributes of leadership, responsibility and community service as demonstrated in the school and the community.
To provide an endowment that will benefit primarily the Vintondale AMD&ART Park Treatment System and secondarily the immediately adjacent wetlands.
To support Kiskiminetas Springs School in Saltsburg, PA.
To benefit Tenley Park, a public park owned by the Borough of Everett in Bedford County, Pennsylvania.
To develop infrastructure and programs for the integration and expansion of performance art, visual art, fine art, and education in the arts.
Donations are accepted to financially assist Somerset County cancer patients with their needs, which include medications, medical bills, travel, and other expenses.
To benefit UPMC Bedford (formerly Memorial Hospital of Bedford County). The fund should be used for improvements to the hospital facility, in memory of Walter C. Allen and Ethelle Allen, husband and wife and parents of Walter C. Allen, Jr.
To provide scholarships each year at Forest Hills High School until the total sum of the fund is expended.
To provide a scholarship to a graduating senior at Greater Johnstown High School, Richland Area High School, or Turkeyfoot Area High School who intends to pursue a career in electrical engineering.
