To award two annual scholarships of $500.00 each to two graduating seniors at Windber Area High School.

WWII Commemorative Committee Fund
For replacement of flags and maintenance and upkeep of the static display in Veterans Memorial Park located at the Jefferson Ave. Extension in Windber.
Y.S. and Y.W. Nam Scholarship Fund
To support Cambria County and Somerset County students who will attend a community college, post-secondary trade school or post-secondary vocational school, providing a continuous scholarship to continue at UPJ for no more than four years.
YWCA of Greater Johnstown Fund
To provide an endowment which will support the Greater Johnstown YWCA in its efforts to meet its mission.
Zahorchak Education-Economic Endowment Fund
To provide dual enrollment funds to students at Greater Johnstown High School, unless specifically designated otherwise to another school district.
Zamias Galleria Fund
To benefit the local non-profit organizations Mom's House and the Women's Help Center.
