To provide annual scholarship support in the amount of $1,000 each to one male student and one female student at Conemaugh Valley High School who have the second highest GPA ranking in the senior class.

To provide support for students at Greater Johnstown School District who have an interest in participating in the hockey program but are unable to afford necessary equipment.
To provide support for three areas of interest specific to Somerset County, including food insecurity and homelessness, animal welfare, and the care and rehabilitation of victims of sex trafficking.
To provide programming support for the John P. Murtha Center for Public Service and National Competitiveness, located on the campus of Pitt-Johnstown.
To provide support for nonprofit organizations in Cambria County that focus on community development and revitalization efforts, tourism, and quality of life improvement projects.
To provide support for encouragement, assistance, and development of the arts within a six-county region, including Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Fayette, Somerset, and Westmoreland.
The purpose of the fund shall be to provide the benefit of the Post Prom event as directed by the school's advisors.
