Calling all volunteers – make Johnstown even more beautiful! Let’s team up for a community tree planting, Saturday, October 28.

Meet up with other volunteers at 9 am at Point Park, to get organized and enjoy your free breakfast. Then you’ll spend the morning planting trees throughout the city!

All necessary supplies, plus lunch, are also provided.

The Community Foundation for the Alleghenies provided nearly $100,000 in Community Initiative grants, to assess and purchase trees for this project, which is coordinated by the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy.
