The Quemahoning Chillin’ for Charity Winter Festival and Arctic Splash dives into freezing waters Saturday, February 11th at the Quemahoning Family Recreation Area. More than a dozen nonprofit organizations come together for this annual event, benefiting a variety of causes that support our community.
