The WILLStrong Foundation’s Annual run/walk is a community-focused event that promotes physical fitness and social cohesion. The run/walk challenges participants with the option to run or walk up to 5-miles on a scenic route, from the Kernville section of Johnstown to Ferndale. Annually, participants have the opportunity to increase their pace and/or distance from the year before. What better competition than competing against yourself!

The WILLStrong Foundation was created in memory of Wilfred P. Brandon, Jr., who was community-minded and a strong advocate of physical fitness and education. Will was loved by many in the Johnstown Community where he was born and raised. To carry out his legacy in the Greater Johnstown region, but more importantly to build and empower the community that he knew and loved, his wife and children have founded The WILLStrong Foundation. www.willstrongfoundation.org
