Responding to COVID-19 and Our Community’s Changing Needs
Caring for Our Community
It is part of our mission to be here for our community: as a support system for front-line nonprofits; as a leader in helping our donors respond to community needs today, tomorrow, and forever; and as a hub for community collaboration. We know we can get through this best by doing what our community does best: caring for one another.
That’s why we’ve launched an emergency fund to address these rapidly evolving needs. The new COVID-19 Rapid Response Fund is designed to quickly provide financial resources to organizations meeting the community’s critical and changing needs, such as health, human services, and economic challenges. Every gift matters, and CFA is waiving all credit card and management fees—so 100 percent of your contribution will go to provide relief in our community.
Organizations in need of emergency funding can CLICK HERE for information on how to apply.
As we continue to evaluate and respond to changing community needs, we will post updates and important information to this page. Business owners can find helpful information HERE. Grantees, please CLICK HERE for an important update from CFA Associate Director Angie Berzonski about how this situation may affect your organization, new flexibility for how you can spend grants you may have already received through our previous fall and spring grant rounds, and changes to CFA’s Spring 2020 Grants.

Thank you, and please continue to take care—of yourselves and one another.
