CFA is pleased to announce $46,000 in grant funding from our Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator Program. CFA serves as the Region 12 Partner in the Arts for the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA). This partnership allows us to execute the Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator Program on behalf of PCA in Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Fayette, Somerset, and Westmoreland counties.
“Our partnership with the PCA is really important to us because it has given us the opportunity to focus on the creative community and creative entrepreneurs in our region,” said Emily Wood, Program Officer. “These artists really have so much to offer, and we are happy to have this additional funding stream to support them. We hope to see these partnerships grow moving forward.”
The Creative Entrepreneurship Accelerator Program provides an opportunity for creative entrepreneurs to get free small business consulting services as well as the opportunity to apply for a $2,000 grant. Both aspiring small business owners and those who operate an existing for–profit micro business are eligible for the program.
