Mini Grant Applications Open for Bedford County Businesses

Over the holidays, as many businesses were struggling to navigate pandemic restrictions, Bedford County Commissioners launched the Help Save Our Bedford County Restaurants and Workers Fund at CFA. Local people stepped up to help, and more than $8,000 was raised.

Local restaurants and restaurant industry workers and their families received a hand during a trying time, and now the commissioners are planning to use the remainder of the fund to support local businesses.

Businesses in Bedford County now can apply for one of eight total mini grants of $500 to get help with advertising or façade or building improvements.
