The infamous Hat Ladies are at it again, this time with a new cast of characters. Marsha McDowell brings her vintage hats and stories, plus a bushel of Hattitude to Gallery on Gazebo. The fashion show begins at 3 p.m. on Oct. 19, followed by high tea and tantalizing desserts.
