Dr. J.D. and Marianne Plummer and William Fennell Scholarship Fund This fund provides a scholarship to a Ligonier Valley High School Senior who will be attending Seton Hill University. Students to be considered should exhibit good values, strong community service, and display a caring and compassionate nature. The fund was established by Nancy L. Gloria (Madorma) Quigley Math Scholarship Fund
Gloria (Madorma) Quigley Math Scholarship Fund The purpose of the Fund shall be to provide an annual scholarship of $1,000 to a graduating senior from Ligonier Valley High School who intends to pursue a college degree in a major related to science, technology, engineering, math, or math education. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.5, and have completed and excelled in upper level math classes, such as Calculus and Statistics. Indiana County Fire Chiefs Association Student Scholarship Award
Indiana County Fire Chiefs Association Student Scholarship Award This fund provides scholarship awards in recognition of community service and volunteer work. Eligible applicants must reside in a first response area of a member fire department of the Indiana County Fire Chiefs Association. This opportunity is open to high school seniors, high school graduates who are currently in college, and non-traditional college students. Two scholarships of $500 each will be awarded and can be applied to education at a college, university, business, or trade school. Individuals who want to take EMT or paramedic training can also apply for the award.
Nicholas Enos Memorial Scholarship Fund
Nicholas Enos Memorial Scholarship Fund The intent of this fund is to provide a $4,000 scholarship ($1,000 a year for four years) to two seniors (one male, one female) at Ligonier Valley High School who are good students, exhibit leadership, and display respect and kindness toward others regardless of age. Students must be involved in community activities, demonstrate athletic skills, and intend to pursue higher education. As of 2011, in addition to scholarships, additional proceeds donated to this fund can also be used to support community activities. Created as part of the 100 Families Project. Jean Hadfield Scholarship Fund
Jean Hadfield Scholarship Fund This fund provides a scholarship award to the valedictorian at Valley High School of New Kensington in Arnold School District and will support his or her attendance at an accredited post-secondary institution to pursue a baccalaureate degree.
