In the spirit of Johnstown Hockeyville, the Community Foundation for the Alleghenies is proud to announce Slapshot is making a comeback in the Flood City.

On Saturday, March 14, 2015, Slapshot the movie will be played at the Cambria County War Memorial after the Tomahawks game. But that’s not all.  Denis Lemieux, the famous Slapshot goalie, will be at the game to meet fans and share stories.  After the movie, Yvon Barrette, who played Lemieux, will take fans behind the scenes giving never before heard stories about the making of the 1977 movie.

This is a unique chance for fans to learn more about the movie that was filmed in the city 38 years ago.
