Foundation for Pennsylvania Watersheds
Founded in 1994, the Foundation for Pennsylvania Watershed’s (FPW) is the Commonwealth’s leader on environmental issues. Our work includes restoration and protection of water and land resources. Our work primarily focuses on restoring legacy mining which causes orange polluted water and makes more than 5,580 miles of stream uninhabitable to fish and aquatic bugs. Our work uses private and local funds to leverage state and federal restoration grants. Your contribution to FPW will continue our legacy of leveraging, on average, $15 in project funds for every dollar we invest.
