Facilities Request

Meet Here!

Community Foundation for the Alleghenies has space for your group or organization to meet, free of charge. We know it’s not easy for nonprofit and volunteer groups to find places to gather, so we’re opening our doors to organizations trying to make a difference. You do not need to be affiliated with CFA in order to use our facilities.

We offer a Board Room that seats up to 30 people, with internet access and technology you can use for presentations. Other spaces will become available in the next few months.

You may reserve the Board Room for any time between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week, with limited availability after 5pm and on weekends. Meetings scheduled outside of normal business hours (8am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday) will require a full guest list for security.

CFA provides coffee and water for guests. You are welcome to bring in food and other beverages. Please clean up after yourselves. Guests who leave a messy room will be declined future bookings.

Our office is located in the AmeriServ Bank building in downtown Johnstown. Parking for CFA in the bank lot is limited to two spaces, and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Metered street parking and a municipal lot are available within a short walking distance of the office building. CFA is not liable for parking tickets or towing charges for guests who park in spaces belonging to AmeriServ.

Please give us two business days to respond to your request. If you have questions about your submission, contact Marisa Lehman: [email protected] / (814) 536-7741.
