Opening Day for the Farmer’s Market in Bedford.

Want fresh fruits and vegetables straight from our local producers?  How about some yummy baked goods or handcrafted soaps?  Need herbs, plants or gardening advice? Then you’ll want to visit Bedford Farmers’ Market every Wednesday May 18, 2016 through October 26, 2016 in the Public Square. The market is open from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

With the help of a grant through the Community Foundation, Downtown Bedford Inc. provides vouchers to Bedford veterans and children, to use at the Farmer’s Market. This provides these groups with access to farm-fresh produce, meat, eggs, and dairy. The voucher program also supports local agriculture, farmers and businessmen.
