To provide financial aid to graduates of Johnstown High School who participated in the football program as either a player, manager, cheerleader, and/or trainer and who intends to obtain a post-secondary degree or a post-secondary certificate from accredited education institutions, with a preference given to students of Pennsylvania accredited education and institutions.
